Extract of Statutes
Art. 1
In the name of the Lord and in the spirit of the Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and the Republic and Canton of Ticino an association is formed under and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 60 et seq of the Swiss Civil Code under the heading 'ASSOCIATION FOR THE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH MARIA MONTESSORI "
Art. 2
The Association is situated in (6963) Lugano-Pregassona – Via Ceresio 40/42.
Art. 3
The duration of the Association is unlimited.
Art. 4
The association has as its purpose the trade union and cultural activities of all teachers and researchers working at the LUde.S. - Free University of Human Sciences and Technology, via La Sguanci 4, 6900 Lugano Pazzallo.
It was equipped with all the tools necessary to fully carry out its activities.
The association protects the interests of trade unions, social, moral and cultural, as well as the image of its members in front of third parties and the courts in Switzerland and abroad.
Art. 5
L’associazione non ha scopo di lucro. Gli eventuali proventi della attività associativa dovranno essere devoluti alla L.U.de.S. sottoforma di borse di studio.
It is a non-profit association. Any proceeds coming from the association activities will be donated to LUde.S. under the form of scholarships.
