ENROLMENT FEES
ANNUAL FEE
REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES
The student is entitled to a refund of the fees paid only in the event that the course is not activated.
They have no right to request reimbursement for the fees paid up to the date when the right to attend the course is lost, due to any of the following reasons:
a) voluntary withdrawal from the course for any reason; declaration of withdrawal must be sent to the secretariat by the fifth day of the first month of each semester.
b) forfeiture due to unjustified absence deemed serious by management or due to inactivity;
c) exclusion due to disciplinary and/or administrative reasons pursuant to this registration form and the regulations.
The tuition fees for ongoing semesters must be paid in full even in the event that the right to attend the course is lost due to any of the above reasons..
PAYMENT DELAY
A delay from one to 30 days in the payment of the fees and instalments shall result in a penalty equal to 8% (eight percent) of the sum overdue; delays beyond the 30th day shall result in exclusion from theoretical and practical classes and internships, and non-admission to examinations, without any right on the part of the student to request reimbursement for the amounts already paid.
REPEATING STUDENTS
In the event of a failureto obtain the 180 ECTS credits required to complete the course of study over the course duration (three years), students must enrol in the subsequent semester(s) and make payment of the corresponding half-year instalment(s), until the necessary credits have been obtained.

REPEATING STUDENTS
Students who fail to obtain the required credits at the end of the four years must register for the following semester in order obtain the number of credits required and complete the course. This registration requires the student to pay 50% of the half-yearly fee; i.e. CHF 3,000 (three thousand). Students who fail to pass the final examination or dissertation defence shall be required to re-enrol in the following session on payment of 50% of the examination fee; i.e. CHF 2,625 (CHF 5,250 divided in half). However, those who must repeat the entire course year shall be required to register for the following course year and pay the annual fee in full.
